It is essential for all properly constituted Clubs in the Royal Navy to conform with a common standard of behaviour whether participating as a player, coach or official. This meets the basic morale obligation to treat each other, at all times, with the upmost respect, dignity, honesty and fairness; to challenge inappropriate behaviour and attitudes; and to support each other in eradicating such behaviour from our teams. This reflects the well established ethos of Service discipline and the high standards expected within the game.
