One of the visions of the RNFA is to 'create better opportunities for all to participate in football'. It is focused upon 'start, stay and succeed', aiming to increase participation at all levels.
Our work programmes are based upon the FA National Game Strategy which will take us through to 2012. The key areas are growth and retention, raising standards, creating better players and improving the running of the game.
The RNFA Football Development Team aim to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience from taking part, in whatever role, in this wonderful game of ours.
